Our press brakes can meet all forming requirements for parts up to 10’ in length and offer precision capabilities of up to .005 tolerance.
Our certified welders have decades of combined experience with welding aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel. We can offer TIG, MIG, and spot-welding services for your project.
Our company is adamant about quality and although seemingly minor, deburring is an important step in the completion of your product. Our timesaver offers the capability to deburr and grain material up to 36” wide. We also offer a large assortment of hand sanders and filing tools.
Our hardware insertion machines can install a large variety of PEM hardware to meet your job specifications, with automated feeding systems to increase speed and help with cost reduction.
Our QC department has the equipment and knowledge to ensure that all parts are made to the specifications and requirements of your job. Every team member is a quality inspector and will immediately stop any job that falls short of expectations for immediate corrections.
We offer a large variety of assembly capabilities such as installing gaskets, pop riveting, inserting rivnuts, and stud welding. We have the knowledge and equipment to take on a majority of assembly projects.
